Refund Policy
Because all Easy Feelings products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@easyfeelings.us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@easyfeelings.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Wrong Address If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at support@easyfeelings.us to initiate a cancellation.
